You will learn the key areas and habits to implement to help you feel more calm, sleep more soundly and have the energy to enjoy life.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
This 21 day journey will be held via Zoom and Facebook, and includes:
1 weekly live session on Zoom each Sunday at 7pm AEST on Sunday 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st January - this will be approx 30 minutes on the topic for that week, followed by time for you to ask questions. These will be small group sessions of up to 20 women.
Membership in the private Facebook group where you can connect with like minded women. I will also post regularly in this group to keep you on track during the 21 days. You can remain in this group after the 21 days.
