At the Initial Appointment we will discuss your current and past health concerns, review any recent test results and get clear on your health goals.
I will advise you on any further testing that would be helpful in assessing underlying deficiencies, imbalances or toxicities.
You’ll receive an individualised treatment plan including quality supplement recommendations that will help resolve your symptoms.
You’ll also have clarity on what factors are contributing to your current symptoms, and how best to address these moving forward so you feel better in the short and long term.
Most women book in for at least 2 follow up appointments, so we can assess changes and make adjustments as needed.
There’s no way to share everything with you in one session 😉 so the follow up appointments are a great opportunity to get support and continue learning while you’re on your health journey.
